Carnaval De Luz Presents: The Greatest Show on Earth
Street of Dreams
Love the song. Love the music video. Really love this short film co-starring Sir David Beckham, set to the song. Released 7 July U2026.
“The past two years have been quite a ride. It’s a series of events and circumstances that started with a sunset cruise on the mighty Mekong River in Luang Prabang, Laos, on New Year’s Eve 2024. Remarkable things have been happening ever since. I can only describe it as ‘mystical.’ I used to hate when people would say, ‘Everything happens for a reason.’ The turbulence. The self-doubt. And yet, now, it’s clear everything has been happening for a reason. So many things have shifted in necessary, incremental steps to reset my life and position me to be ready for what’s next. Things finally settled into a pleasant, steady state only last month. This month, the band announced their new album and now the tour. It’s clear to me now. The ‘reason’ for all that’s happened the past two years is to set me up for next year. U2027.”
